Word's can't fully express how happy I am with the plunge. It was packaged up like fort knox - no risk getting damaged in transit. The packaging layer on the bottom that allows you to slide it around is genious! Setup was simple - just follow some great videos along and it's running in no time.
Very premium quality look and feel and boy does it get cold! Takes a bit to get down to temperature but once there holds it really well. Unit is super quiet too so you don't even notice that it's running.

I've searched for many hours looking at different companies, and in the end I went with plunge city due to the sleek design over other competitors, Joel and his team have been amazing to talk to and the customer service has been absolutely amazing very quick responses and always happy to answer any questions I had no matter how silly.
After the bath had arrived it looked even better in person than online, the painted matt finish feels amazing, the design was the main reasoning behind the purchase however after the quick installation of everything I found the bath to be so much more than just a beautiful unit its efficient, comfortable and so much more, you will not be disappointed, my wife doesnt even like ice baths but after seeing it in person also agrees what a stunning piece these boys have created.
